Years of partner track record

Partner figures: delivery track record of Maas and Partner and Maas Real Estate, including Ruhr Park Bochum, Germany's largest retail destination.

The greenest building is the one already standing. We keep the good substance of a city and give it a new life, instead of demolishing and starting over.

One building, layered with life.

A single-use store or office becomes a vertical mix: retail below, homes above, and a civic anchor where it fits.

Health and civic

A public heart

A health centre in every building, plus a university, library or public tenant where it fits. Osnabrück and Krefeld are already secured.

Upper floors

Homes in the centre

Micro-apartments for student housing, co-living and senior living, where people actually want to be.

Ground floor

Retail and public space

Shops, food and services that bring footfall and daily life back to the street.

The fabric

Kept, not demolished

We preserve the good substance of a building and reposition it, saving materials, energy and labour.

How the model works

Technology, sustainability, cities.

We challenge how traditional developers think, from the tools we use to the way we treat a building.

Technology

AI, automation and modular build

We use cutting-edge technology from planning to execution. AI and automation sharpen decisions and delivery; modular building makes repositioning faster and cleaner.

Sustainability

The greenest building already stands

Reusing the existing concrete structure preserves embodied energy and avoids emissions. We target KfW 40 EE and LEED Platinum, cutting primary energy demand by more than 85%.

Cities and people

Built for citizens

We work with councils in B, C and D cities and design for social impact, giving people homes, services and public space back in the centre.
